Pickup & Delivery FAQ
We specialize in large, bulky items that are difficult to wash at home. Our residential pickup and delivery service is strictly for bedding and linens, including king-size comforters, quilts, blankets, bed sheets, and pillowcases. At this time, we do not offer pickup for standard everyday clothing (wash and fold).

Scheduling is easy! Just click the "Schedule a Pickup" button on our website. You’ll be asked to provide your address, the type of items you have (Commercial vs. Residential Bedding), and any special instructions for our driver.
Not at all. Most of our customers prefer contactless laundry pickup. You can leave your items in a secure spot—like a front porch, back deck, or a designated commercial loading area—and let us know where to find them in the "Driver’s Notes" section when you book.
For residential bedding, please place your comforters or linens in a large, securely tied plastic bag or a reusable laundry bag.

Never. To ensure the highest level of hygiene and organization, every order is processed individually. Your hotel linens or personal comforters will never be mixed with another client's items.
